Shashwat started in 2016 on one belief — property sells differently online, and the people building those tools should actually understand the business. Since then, that's all we've done.
Most agencies treat real estate as one vertical among many. We treat it as the whole job — so we already understand lead funnels, RERA disclosures, locality search, CP networks, and the gap between an enquiry and a site visit. A generalist learns that on your budget. We don't have to.
Founder Yash Vaghasia spent seven years in real estate, starting as a lead-spam detector at a Mumbai channel-partner firm. So we think in lead quality, not just traffic — every build is wired to capture the right enquiry and feed it to your team.
